We recently sat down with Josh to talk about his journey in the industry, his experience with Iron-Vac, and why he came back for a second truck.
“My dad did this my whole life,” Josh shared. “This is my 18th year doing septic full-time, but it feels like I’ve been in it forever. At some point, I realized I loved it—and that I was really good at it.”
Josh bought his first Iron-Vac truck a while back and quickly noticed the difference in his operations.
“It’s still running—zero issues. It’s out there pumping right now,” he said with a grin.
When asked what pushed him to buy a second truck, he didn’t hesitate.
“We needed to increase productivity. The new truck is bigger—more gallons—so we can go further out, get more done, and expand our service area.”
But beyond performance, Josh said it was the overall experience that brought him back.
