Based in Minnesota, Metry Septic & Excavating has been in business for 7 years and grown to a team of 15 employees. Karter Kasowski has been part of that journey since right out of high school, bringing a passion for the industry and the work he does every day.
When we asked Karter what advice he’d give someone starting out in the industry, his answer was simple: show up to every customer’s house with a smile and make them like you. Referrals go further than you think!
We couldn’t agree more. This industry is built on hard work, relationships, and earning your customers’ trust.
Thank you, Karter and Metry Septic & Excavating, for your business! We’re proud to be part of your story.
